Shipping & delivery
How is the product shipped?+
Your order is discreetly shipped in a bubble-wrap envelope or box via a courier company in South Africa. A tracking number is provided when your order ships, for easy traceability. Weight-loss pens are shipped with a gel pack to keep them cool in transit.
How long will shipping take?+
If your item is ordered and paid for before 12h00 and funds have cleared, your order is usually shipped the same day. Please allow 2–3 working days for the courier to reach you, often next-day in major metro areas, and 2–5 working days for outlying areas. If you haven't received your package within 5 working days, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and we'll provide an update within 24 hours.

We're based in a major metro area in South Africa, which helps your package reach you faster.
What countries do you ship to?+
We ship within South Africa only. If you're in a neighbouring country such as Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho or Namibia, email [email protected], we have a few options to get your goods to you.
How will I know my order has been shipped?+
You'll receive an email with a tracking number confirming that your order has shipped.
My item(s) were damaged during shipping, what now?+
Email [email protected] with your order number as the subject. Describe which item(s) are damaged and include photos if you can, and we'll come back to you with options.
Payment
How do I pay?+
We accept two payment methods: card (debit or credit) and EFT (bank transfer). Card is the quickest, you're taken to our secure payment page and brought straight back to complete your order. For EFT, our banking details are shared once EFT is selected and your order is placed, they're also emailed to you with your order summary; use your order number as the reference.
Why pay with Bitcoin?+
You stay anonymous. Our Bitcoin payment gateway requires no KYC or FICA, so your payment isn't tied to what or where you purchase. Where do I buy Bitcoin?+
Popular South African exchanges include Luno (luno.com), VALR (valr.com) and Binance (binance.com). If you'd prefer your own private wallet, you can buy BTC peer-to-peer. If you're new to crypto, ask someone you trust who's familiar with it to help you make and send the payment.
My order status still doesn't show 'Payment Received'+
For Bitcoin payments your order status updates automatically once the transaction is detected on the blockchain, if there's any delay or issue, email [email protected] with your order number as the subject. For EFT payments made after hours, over a weekend or on public holidays, funds can take time to clear; we recommend your bank's instant-EFT (pay-and-clear-now) facility to avoid delays outside your or our control.

Stock & products
How do I know the items I want are in stock?+
All items listed on the store are physically in stock and ready to ship, if you can add an item to your cart, it's ready to go. We buy in bulk from select brands and hold our own stock in our own warehouse, so orders ship quickly rather than waiting on a supplier.
The brand I want isn't available?+
We currently offer an imported lab (Body Pharm) and a well-known local brand (HD Labs). We'll consider adding more brands where they're reputable and have a proven track record, we only work with trusted sources who provide quality product at pricing we can pass on to you.
How do I use the product, and what dosage should I take?+

Compounds, storage & legal status
How should I store my peptides or weight-loss pen?+
Keep unopened injectable pens refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once a pen is in use it can be kept below 30°C and used within about 28 days. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials should be stored refrigerated, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, and the reconstituted vial kept at 2–8°C and used within roughly 28 days. Keep everything out of direct sunlight and away from children.
What is the difference between semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide?+
They differ by how many gut-hormone receptors they target. Semaglutide is a single GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is a dual agonist (GIP and GLP-1). Retatrutide is a triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon). In clinical studies the dual and triple agonists have generally produced greater average weight reduction than GLP-1 alone, though individual response varies. Are these products legal to buy in South Africa?+
Semaglutide and similar GLP-1 medicines are prescription medicines in South Africa (registered as Ozempic and Wegovy). The products on BeSkinny are supplied for research purposes.
