BeSkinny is an online retail store and information platform for health and vitality solutions and related products, designed by us, Be Skinny (“we” and “us”), to provide a convenient, private and informative shopping experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Shipping & refund policy

All product orders are shipped from South Africa. From time to time your order may be delayed or held by authorities. If your order is held for 10 days or more, we offer two options:

• Reshipment — we will reship your order once, free of charge, to a new address.
• Refund — we will refund your order in full.

Your conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Any conduct that, at our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying the Site is not permitted. Prohibited actions include posting or transmitting:

• Harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or hateful material.

Delivery & payment

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, subject to potential delays outside our control. We accept the following payment methods: EFT (bank transfer) and Bitcoin. For EFT, use your order number as the reference; goods are dispatched once funds clear. Bitcoin payments are confirmed automatically on the blockchain and fast-tracked for dispatch.

Return policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and value customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt and we will offer refund or replacement options. Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
