Peptide Benefits: What the Research Shows

Peptides are not one thing
“Peptide benefits” is too broad to be useful on its own. Different peptides do very different things, and the strength of evidence ranges from strong human trials to early animal data. Below is a plain map by goal.
Weight management
GLP-1 and dual/triple agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide) have the strongest human evidence of any class here, with large trials behind them. See weight-loss injections.
Recovery & repair
BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for soft-tissue and tendon repair, mostly in animal models. Evidence is promising but early. See peptides for recovery.
Skin & tanning
GHK-Cu (copper peptide) has real dermatological research behind it; Melanotan is studied for tanning. See peptides for skin.
