These are promising research signals, not proof of benefit in people.

BPC-157 remains an investigational peptide: the available human data come from fewer than 30 participants across a small number of uncontrolled pilot studies, with no completed Phase II trial, no approved pharmaceutical formulation and no validated dosing regimen. Anyone researching this compound should treat published protocols and dosing figures as experimental rather than established.
